This award recognizes employers that have implemented innovative best practices in hiring and retaining older workers. Examples include good recruiting policies and workplace culture, continued opportunities for workplace success, strong health and financial benefits, alternative work arrangements and retiree opportunities.
Using the form below, tell us more about your company or organization and why you think it may be a good Best Employers candidate. AARP may invite your employer to apply for the award based on your recommendation. Winners will be recognized at the annual SHRM conference in Chicago in June 2013.
